Published in the fall of 2011, Outspoken: Conversations on Church Communication is a powerful primer on church marketing. It features more than 60 voices from the industry contributing short essays on topics including leadership, design, branding, technology and more. It’s the first book published by the Center for Church Communication (home of the flagship blog, Church Marketing Sucks).
We served as general editor, working to format, edit and proofread the many contributions and organize the entire project. We also helped with marketing and contributed two chapters, including “Little Guys Can Do Big Things Too”. The whole project was the brainchild of Tim Schraeder and we worked with him, designer Jon Ashcroft and ebook pro Adam Shields to bring the project together.
