Puppy in Training
(Filed under: Agility)I started school again. This time it's agility training. It's great. In case you don't know the word "agility" means "constant treats."
It works like this: I run through a tunnel, I get a treat. I touch Abby's hand, I get a treat. I go up the ramp, I get a treat. I go down the ramp, I get a treat. I look at Abby, I get a treat. See the pattern?
She also has this new thing - a clicker. I love the clicker. I do something, Abby clicks, and guess what? I get a treat.
It doesn't get much better than this.

that clicker is the best damn thing ever. for some magical reason it causes my people to dispense treats! how does it work? and when do i get to learn how to use it?
constant treats is worth jumping, worth running and even, dare i say it, worth paying attention ...
