Danica Patrick Has No Regrets Posing for FHM

"Not at all. It was an opportunity to find sponsorship, and it opened lots of doors. You have to do what you have to do, within reason and in respect to yourself, but I don't feel one bit uncomfortable with it. I look at the pictures and I think, The girls are pretty. I had fun."

-Indy driver Danica Patrick, who became the center of a media frenzy when she became the first woman to lead the Indy 500, responding to a question asking if she had any regrets posing in a skimpy bikini for FHM magazine. She did draw the line at Playboy, saying "it's a matter of respecting myself." (Time, June 13, 2005)
