Mandy Moore on Profanity
(Filed under: Off-beat)"People have this image of me as wholesome, and that's very much who I am. But for some reason, I love to cuss. I don't do it in front of my parents, because they don't like it at all -- my dad says it's not proper for a young lady. But I just love the F word. Isn't that terrible? Every now and then, there's "s@#$," but the F word is the best word ever. That said, I've never cussed anyone out."
-Mandy Moore, who starred in the wholesome A Walk to Remember, commenting on #4 in her list of 60 things to do before she turns 30, "Cuss somebody out." (Source: Seventeen, August 2003)
