CenTrav is an international airfare consolidator that offers booking services to travel agents. After setting up a new online booking system CenTrav turned to Monkey Outta Nowhere to write help documents to make using the new system easier.

Focusing on the user experience, we wrote a help section, a glossary, and made recommendations about text throughout the site to improve usability.
