Lost the plot? In order to connect with customers and clients you need a story to tell. That clear and consistent story should be the cornerstone of your communication. Don't have a story? We'll find one. We'll relaunch your communication efforts to tell your unique story.

What We'll Do:
We'll develop a story for your organization, put together a strategy for telling that story and re-write your main communication pieces to tell that story.

Who is it For?

  • If customers or supporters can't sum up what you do, you need a story.
  • A business that lacks a strong tagline and identity.
  • A nonprofit with a strong mission but they're not connecting.
  • The organization that can't sum up what they do in a single, compelling sentence.

How much?
$750

  • Includes in-depth consultation to develop your story.
  • We'll re-work major communication components to tell your story: Tagline, about page, summary copy, brochure, etc. (we'll decide this list together, including the pieces most important to you)
  • After this one-time strategy session, you'll move forward with a clear story to tell across your communication channels.

Content Monkey

Content drives the world. News, brochures, tweets, blog posts, e-mail newsletters--you get the idea. But for a lot of people delivering content isn't so easy. Either the words don't come or it all sounds like gibberish when you're done. We can help. Whether it's web site news, a blog, social media, e-mail newsletter, press release or brochure, we can be your personal content monkey.

What We'll Do:
We'll tell your story. We'll crank out content for your preferred medium. Depending on your strategy, we'll connect with you for stories, research unique stuff, interview the right people, and deliver new and unique content.

Who is it For?

  • Businesses that need consistent communication with their customers but don't have time to do it.
  • Nonprofits that are too busy doing good to tell people about it.
  • An organization with copy that's not connecting.
  • A business with a blog that hasn't been updated in months.
  • Organizations with an e-mail newsletter that always goes out late.
  • If your Twitter feed hasn't been updated in a week, this is for you.

How much?
Specific prices depend on how much content you need and how often. We've got a few options. For each one we'll provide the following services:

  • New and original content creation.
  • Re-writing, re-working and editing existing content to connect.
  • 1 hour of strategy consulting per medium.
  • Mix and match for your desired medium (we could write all blog posts, or a mix of blog posts and short web news pieces or we could write an e-mail newsletter article and repurpose it for your blog).
  • Customize a package for your needs. These packages are merely suggestions. If you need more or less, we can create a package and price that works for you.
  • Discount for committing to three months up front.

Slow and Steady: $300 per month
800 words of content (That could be 4 short blog posts or 1 e-mail newsletter or 20 tweets)

Moderate Monkey: $500 per month
1,500 words of content (That could be 10 tweets, 4 short blog posts and 1 e-mail newsletter)

Busy Bee: $850 per month
3,000 words of content (That could be 15 tweets, 8 short blog posts and 1 e-mail newsletter)

Remember: We'll mix and match mediums and provide exactly what you need. These are just suggestions.

On-Call Storyteller

Let us handle all your communication needs. We'll create your content, we'll post it to your site, we'll tweet about it—we'll tell your story all over the place. (limited availability)

What We'll Do:
What won't we do? We'll do it all. We'll drive your story across multiple mediums. We'll keep your social media social and your content current. We'll be your communications team.

Who is it For?

  • The business that can't afford a marketing department.
  • The nonprofit that doesn't have a dedicated communications person on staff.
  • The organization that's already communicating to donors and creating brochures, but doesn't have time for blogs and Twitter and e-mail newsletters.

How much?
$1,500 per month

  • Includes up to 6 hours of initial consulting and then 2 hours per month.
  • 4,500 words of content (That could be 20 tweets, 12 short blog posts and 1 e-mail newsletter)
  • Social media interaction (within reason, 25 responses per month is an upper limit)
  • We'll customize these offerings to give you exactly what you need.
  • Commit to three months and save $500.
