Kevin D. Hendricks
Monkey Outta Nowhere's founder and head monkey is all about words. He wrote his first book in first grade (the cleverly titled Mike, The Cat) and has been writing ever since.
After growing up in the distant suburbs of Detroit he moved to St. Paul, Minn., to attend Bethel College (now University). He graduated in 2000 with a degree in writing and a minor in art. After college he went to work for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, working in their Internet department and running a teen web site.
In 2004 he founded his own writing and editing company, Monkey Outta Nowhere. He writes articles, reviews and short content for a number of publications, as well as consulting with businesses on marketing, web sites and copywriting.
Kevin has been blogging since 1998 on his personal blog and has contributed to more than a dozen others. In 2004 and 2006 he participated in National Novel Writing Month and wrote his first novels.
Kevin lives in St. Paul with his wife, daughter, adopted baby on the way and two dogs.
